How do you measure a lifetime?Measure time by our heart’s beating, Fear lasts years and love is too fleeting. Death, it doesn’t take up any time at all.
Measure time by how much we think, Fear and death pass by in hardly a wink. But love- love becomes almost eternal.
But measure time by how much we love And it’s as though we’ll never feel fear! And death is incapable of drawing near! And life’s length is left up to the liver, The liver’s lover, and not a power above. How do you measure a lifetime?
